All these gifts make us want to be kids again ourselves. Here's our guide for healthy Christmas presents to get children. Warm toastie clothes, toys that promote healthy play and books. Your little ones will be super pleased to receive any of these.

We've also already shared our guide for the family, for her and for him if you fancy a read! Our last post is tomorrow and covering teens (the hardest ones to please) so check back then!

Tiny Creatures: The World of Microbes

Educational and entertaining. In this book about the miniature world of microbes kids will love finding out how the smallest things on the planet do some of the biggest jobs.

Awesome Kids Clothes

These clothes at Scout & Co are so great we wish they made most of them in adult size too. So many great options so check out the whole site, we especially love the Tiny Cottons collection. Heart eyes all the way.

Nailmatic Nail Polish

We wrote about these earlier in the year, the nail polishes are water based so free from all those nasty chemicals you don't want on your kids hands. Super easy to wash off too - you simply wash with water and soap. Also because it's water based you can let your kids paint their own nails without the worry of permanent stains on clothes and furniture.

Wreck This Journal

Perfectionism is a great thing but it can also stop you from even trying to do things you might want to do some times. It's especially important to teach kids the value of making mistakes and doing the opposite of what you're normally supposed to do sometimes. Which is why we love these Wreck This Journal diary's. The whole point is to not be too special and careful with it, but you end up with something you've loved by the end. A perfect present that encourages healthy behaviour and play in our opinion.

Cosy Wearables and Christmas Goodies

General cosy clothes and gifts to keep warm with and Christmas specific pressies for your kids to get excited about. You can't really go wrong. We just love everything here.

Wooden Toys

After writing about healthy play a few weeks ago we couldn't do this list without including some wooden toys. We love love love the woodland collection from Ostheimer Toys. Perfect for cultivating imagination and just giving kids the chance to enter their own worlds with toys.

Larry the Llama

It's a llama. We want it ourselves. Enough said.

Popcorn Sweater

A cosy jumper with bobbles on it. Not only is it super cute and will keep your little ones snug and warm over winter, it'll be fun for them to play with - kids love textures.

Mega Tumble Tower

Play indoors in the winter and outdoors in the summer. It can be played by the entire family or just by the kids. Having played this at a wedding recently it's the ultimate suspense game and so much fun.

Kosen Mouse

The toys Kosen make have such amazing attention to detail. We especially love this little mouse and we know that kids would have a great time treasuring this little life like beauty.

The Rabbit Who Wants To Fall Asleep

One for the parents, this book was written by a neuroscientist and is designed to put your children to sleep with the clever use of language. A wonderful bedtime read for your kids to get that much needed sleep, and for you to also get your quiet time and rest.
