Recently the British Medical Journal have found there is no need to take Vitamin D during pregnancy with regards to development of a baby. While Vitamin D is good for you, it’s also very easy to overdose on. Unless you’ve been advised by a medical professional, it’s probably better for pregnant women not to take any if there are no positive effects for the fetus.
