One of the first blogposts I have written for Sagitta was on how we make this super healthy snack. We had them for breakfast this morning and the girls were complaining that next time I should make some more! 

They are the perfect snack for the cold season - high in Vitamin-C, a good source of minerals such as Iron, Calcium and Magnesium and they are gluten free. More info on the blog here:
